Alkalime

Alkalime is advertised as a formula to support optimal Ph balance. It does so much more than that though. Initially it was given to my husband by a friend for its intended use. He figured out quickly that it helped in other areas as well. For the last several years my husband has gotten dehydrated easily, especially during the summer. Dehydration leads to muscle cramps and other issues. Ain't nobody got time for that!

In the first couple of days he noticed that he wasn't getting dehydrated despite the constant sweating we deal with in Florida. He read the back of the bottle and said, "it must be the cell salts." Curbing the dehydration made him feel so much better that he kept using it daily. I looked up cell salts and found they are actually good for all kinds of things.

Cell salts stimulate the body's natural healing mechanisms to satisfy mineral imbalances. They were developed by Dr. Schuessler's in the 1800's after studying the ash residue of human cells. They are good for the removal of toxins, skin support, energy, mood, digestive support, kidney and liver support, blood sugar support, and more.

Alkalime contains 6 of the 12 mineral cell salts. It has calcium phosphate, potassium phosphate, potassium sulfate, magnesium phosphate, sodium phosphate, and sodium sulphate.

I Hope You Know

About six months after Daddy and I started dating he made an announcement. He said we were getting a chihuahua. Orifice Reducers

Let's talk orifice reducers. An orifice reducer is the piece of plastic inside your bottle of Young Living essential oil. It allows you to pour the oil out one drop at a time. You might ask yourself, "Don't essential oils break down plastic?" Yes, they usually do, but not this kind. Young Living takes special care to only use really strong plastics with their oils to prevent leaching. You are not supposed to touch the orifice reducer. While it's true that YL essential oils don't expire, they can oxidize which will shorten the life of the oil. By touching the orifice reducer, you are shedding skin cells and dirt and whatever else into your oil. That will contaminate the oil and shorten its lifespan.
